The Brentwood Drum Corps is a youth marching Band. As a registered charity we are a non-profit making organisation, our objectives, by the use of music and military style formation marching are to install a degree of discipline and self-confidence within the band members in the expectation that they may become responsible citizens.

Throughout the year the Band participates in fetes, carnivals and competitions, enjoying a worthy reputation wherever they perform.

Membership is made up of boys and girls from ten years of age up to their early twenties irrespective of colour, class or creed.

Adult instructors give musical tuition and instruction on formation marching techniques.

Uniforms and instruments are provided free of charge although, a one off non-returnable deposit is required from each band member to cover the cost of cleaning and/or repair of their instrument and uniform if the band member leaves.

Our unique style comes from the many different musical instruments played by our band members.

Our musical repertoire is a mixture of traditional marching tunes and popular music. For example, Colonel Bogey, Chattanooga Choo Choo and Titanic are just a few of the tunes from our playlist.
